For those who join the blog later this page will explain what this site is about and a few of my guidelines and principles. First of all it is important to know that the title “How to Be a Good Christian” is meant to be somewhat “tongue in cheek”. While many of us desire to “Be a Good Christian” we realize this is a bit like a dog chasing its tail. It is a good thing to “pursue” but none of is ever truly “achieve” it. Still the chase is what its “all about”.

I think it is important to discover what God has uniquely created you to do and then “do that”. I truly think most of the church is “missing the boat” and “sitting on the sidelines” because they fail to find out what God has “built them to do”. We spend most of our time “watching” others do ministry.

Anyhow, what lights me up, is the Bible. I think about it all the time. I see it everywhere and I enjoy teaching the Bible to others in unique and creative ways. This site will be about creatively sharing Bible verses and getting people to think about and talk about the Bible. That’s it! Plain and Simple!

I hope it is an encouragement to you. If you have any questions, comments or input, please send them along. I will address them and reply.

Numbers 6:24-26 (Oh, and I will often just include a reference. I know I can paste the Bible text, but I would prefer you grab your Bible and “look it up”. So much “fake news” and opinion and commentary out there. I want you to see that the Bible says what it says and that’s all it says. The Bible is God’s love letter to “you”. He meant for you to be able to read it and “hear from Him” all on your own. Getting help doesn’t hurt, but fall in love with “your Bible”…even if it is on a Kindle or iPhone…I guess.
